If your size doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. No refunds are provided for size issues.

Do you accept returns for defective products?

Yes — but only with clear unboxing video proof.

The video must be recorded before opening the package, showing the parcel from all sides and the issue clearly.

Damage occurring after 2–3 days of use, mishandling, or normal wear & tear is not eligible for return/exchange.

Can I get a refund if the product doesn’t fit?

No, refunds are not offered for size-related issues.
